摘 要:营养期杀虫蛋白(Vegetative Insecticidal Proteins,VIP)Vip3A是苏云金芽胞杆菌(Bacillus thurigiensis,Bt)在营养生长对数中期开始分泌的一类杀虫蛋白,其广泛存在于Bt菌中,现已发现8类37种,在遗传上比较保守。与杀虫晶体蛋白(Insecticidal Crystal Proteins,ICPs)相比,Vip3A蛋白具有热不稳定性,其杀虫机理与ICPs也不同,并且Vip3A蛋白与不同Bt杀虫晶体蛋白具有协同增效作用,这为筛选新的杀虫基因、构建特异高毒力工程菌和转基因抗虫植物以及杀虫分子机理等基础研究提供了新的思路。Novel vegetative insecticidal Vip3A is a non-crystal and ecto-cellular toxin protein secr- eted outside the cell during Bacillus thuringiensis mid-logarithm growth. Thirty-seven vegetative insec- ticidal protein genes cloned were classified into eight families with the characters of high conservation, and they were distributed widely in wild isolates of Bacillus thuringiensis. Compared with Cry proteins, Vip3As are heat-susceptible, and the insecticidal mechanism of Vip3A is different from Cry proteins, moreover, the synergism between Vip3A and various insecticidal crystal proteins is quite prominent. These advances can be used contribute to find new insecticidal gene and to construct high-effect and wide-spectrum engi- neered strain and transgenic plant, and they are useful to study the insecticidal mechanism of Vip3A.
