摘 要:河堤下采煤在确保煤矿井下安全的同时,还要保护地表水资源和堤坝的安全。根据水体下采煤的技术理论,在现场钻探、物探、导水裂隙带高度探测、地表移动变形监测的基础上,结合煤矿具体的地质采矿条件,进行了上覆岩层破坏高度的计算、地表移动和变形的预计,从而对伊家河下采煤可能造成的危害性进行分析和论证。结果表明:河下煤层开采以后,留设了足够的防水煤岩柱,导水裂缝带不会波及到伊家河;根据河堤的危害程度,提出了相应的河堤维修保护技术措施,确保河下安全开采。The coal mining under rivers has to ensure not only the safety of coal mining underground, but also the safety of surface water resources and the dams of river. According to the technical theories of mining under water body and based on the local drilling, the geophysical prospecting, the height detection of water flowing fractured zones in overburden strata and the monitoring of ground movement and deformation, and combining with the specific mining and geologic conditions, the authors made the calculation of failure height in overburden strata and the prediction of surface movement and deformation so as to analyze and prove the harmfulness induced by mining under Yijia River. The results show that the safety pillar for avoiding water inrush is thick enough to prevent the bottom of the river from the damage caused by the fractured zone after coal mining. In the mean time, based on the effects of mining on the dams, the reinforcement measures were proposed to ensure the safety of mining under rivers.
