摘  要:创新,是一个国家进步的灵魂和动力。在知识经济时代,大学教育的首要任务应是培养具有创新能力和创新精神的高素质人才。如何实施创新教育、培养大学生的创新精神和创造能力是摆在各高校面前的课题。食品科学与工程专业是一门技术性、应用性和综合性较强的学科,需要大批的创新人才。因此,本文从食品科学与工程专业特点出发,分析了本专业对大学生创新能力的要求,探讨了提升创新教育的途径,认为应从思想教育、课程设置、实验教学和开放实验等环节入手,注重创新教育,培养掌握高新技术和现代管理知识的创新型人才。Innovation is the soul and force for a country' s development. In an era of knowledge economy, it is the top priority for university education to cultivate talents with innovative spirit, creative ability, and high quality. How to enforce the creative education, train the creative ability of university students is an urgent problem to deal with for each university. Food science & engineering is a comprehensive major with technicali- ty and applicability, more innovative talents are needed in that field. In the research, features of food science & engineering major, requirements for innovative students are analyzed, approaches to promote the innovative education are put forward. It is thought to emphasize innovative education in aspects, such as virtue education, course offering, experiment education, openended experiment, etc. , and to cultivate creative talents with hi-tech and modem management knowledge.
