北京奥运会女子跳马比赛特点研究

摘　　要：以北京奥运会女子跳马决赛运动员为研究对象,对世界女子跳马比赛特点进行分析。结果表明:跳马动作的难度平均为6.25分,仍有继续提高的空间,获得奖牌运动员的动作难度应接近6.5分;运动员选用的动作主要集中在尤尔琴科和"程菲跳"等两个组别,动作难度的提高主要是增加转体度数;在既定动作难度的基础上,继续提高完成动作的质量,特别是控制好动作方向和落地的稳定性,是取得优异成绩的关键。With the female athletes who attending Women＇s Vaulting Horse Final in Beijing Olympic Games being the research objects, this paper analyzed the characteristics of the women＇s vaulting horse. The result shows that： the average difficulty of vaulting house is 6.25, which has some space to get improved, the difficulty of medal-awarding athletes should be close to 6.5; the main actions focused on the two groups： ＂Yurchenko＂ and ＂Cheng-fei＇, increasing the degree of twist is the main method to improve the difficulty; the key to achieve better scores is to improve the action quality, especially to control the direction of the movement and stability of landing.
