中西医结合治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血效果。方法:对130例功血患者,用西药黄体酮以补充围绝经期缺乏孕激素引起出血,配合中药清热、止血、益气养血。结果:用中、西医联合治疗总有效率为90.8%,而单一用西药治疗总有效率为47.69%,治疗效果与病程长短无关。结论:用中、西药周期治疗有效率高,可降低手术率,方法简单、有效且费用低廉,病人易于接受,值得推广。Objective ： To observe effect of combination of Chinese medicine with western medicine to treat dysfunctional uterine bleeding in perimenopausal period. Methods： 130 cases patient were supplied which absence progestins cause bleeding in perimenopausal period with western medicine progesterone, matching Chinese herbal drugs clearing heat, hemostasis, fundoscopic. Results ： The total effective rate was 90.8 % with combination of Chinese medicine with western medicine, the total effective rate was 47.69% with treatment of western medicine, and result of treatment was no matter with duration of pathogenesis. Conclusion： Periodicity treatment of Chinese medicine with western medicine is efficient, decrease operation yield, the method is smiple , reliability, cheap, and acceptable and it is worth to generalization.
