解毒活血汤治疗扁平疣疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟解毒活血汤治疗扁平疣的临床疗效。方法:232例扁平疣患者随机分为治疗组116例,对照组116例。治疗组采用自拟解毒活血汤,1剂/d,温服,并用部分药液每天擦1次,15d为1疗程。对照组采用聚肌胞注射液2mg,肌注,隔天1次,15d为1疗程。结果:治疗组有效率93.1%,对照组有效率40.5%。两组差异具有显著性(P<0.01),治疗组明显优于对照组。结论:自拟解毒活血汤治疗扁平疣,疗效肯定。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of decoction for detoxicating and promoting blood to treat verruca plana. Methods： 232 cases were randomly divided into treatment group （116 cases） and control group （116 cases）. The treatment was treated in decoction for detoxicating and promoting blood （ 1 dose per day, the part of physic liquor was swabbing）. 15 days was 1 course of treatment. The control was treated in polyinosinic acid injection （2 mg, muscle inject, 1 time per 2 days）. 15 days was 1 course of treatment. Results： the total effective rate was 93.1% in treatment and 40.5% in control. Two groups had significant difference（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： the decoction for detoxicating and promoting blood had the positive effect to treat verruca plana.
