高血压病辨证施治经验

摘　　要：高血压病为常见心血管疾病,发病率高,可造成系统性脏器损害。中医学认为其病机与肝肾气血阴阳失调或不足关系密切。但病因各异,临床治疗须辨证施治,灵活运用,随证处方。针对病因特点进行个体化治疗,常获满意疗效。Hypertension is a common cardiovascular disease, which has high inception rate and may cause systematic organs damage. In traditional Chinese medicine, the pathogenesis of it is considered to have close relation with the disturbance or deficient of liver and kidney QI - blood. However, hypertensive disease may be caused by different reasons. It is necessary to determine the treatment based on differentiation of symptoms and signs, and apply treatment flexibly. According to the features of etiological factors, the author has applied individualized treatment and has gotten satisfactory curative effect. Now summarize the therapy experience as follows.
