摘　　要：目的:观察自拟咳喘汤治疗小儿支气管炎的临床疗效。方法:将81例小儿支气管炎患者给予自拟咳喘汤治疗,5d为1疗程。结果:有效率为93.8%,治疗过程中,未见有不良反应及毒性作用。结论:自拟咳喘汤治疗小儿支气管炎安全有效,具有临床应用价值。Objective： To observe clinical curative effect of Cough and Dyspnea Decoction to treat Child Bronchitis. Methods： 81 Cases of Child Bronchitis were gived Cough and Dyspnea Decoction. One course of treatment is 5 day. Results ： The total effective rate was 93.8%, there were no adverse reaction and toxic effect in treating procedure. Conclusion： It＇s safe and effective of treating of Child Bronchitis in Cough and Dyspnea Decoction, has clinical application worth.
