摘  要:选用1日龄樱桃谷肉鸭800只,采用单因子随机分组设计,分成4组,每组2个重复,每个重复100只,分别饲喂基础日粮(对照组)和在基础日粮中添加罗氏、巴士夫、溢多利植酸酶的试验日粮,比较研究不同植酸酶产品对肉小鸭日增质量、采食量、磷沉积和增加质量饲料成本等的影响.结果表明:添加植酸酶均能提高肉小鸭的日增质量、采食量的趋势,但增加质量饲料成本未受明显影响;并且都增加了肉小鸭的胫骨灰分含量,提高了磷的吸收沉积,其中添加溢多利植酸酶对肉小鸭胫骨灰分含量的提高效果最好.Eight hundred Cherry Valley ducks (1 day old) were randomly allocated to four groups for two replicates, and fed a commercial starter diet and the same diets with Roche, Basf and VTR phytase enzyme inclusion to study the effects of different kinds of phytase anzyme supplementation on performance and phosphorus deposition. The results showed that the tendency of enhancement of the body weight gain and the average feed intake can be found with phytase enzyme inclusion. The cost of feed for 1 kg of weight gain, however, was not affected by phytase enzyme supplementation. There was a significant difference on starter duck's shinbone ash. The phosphorus deposition can be improved by VTR pyhtase enzyme supplemetation than other kinds.
