贝氏高原鳅肾脏发育研究

摘　　要：采用常规组织学方法对贝氏高原鳅肾脏发育进行了研究,结果表明:贝氏高原鳅肾脏的发育可分为前肾形成期(历时7d左右)、生中肾桥形成期(历时12d左右)、中肾肾小管芽和幼稚肾小管开始形成期(历时10d左右)、中肾发育期(历时3个半月左右)、头肾形成期(历时35d左右)共5个时期.前肾的发生始于出膜之前,解体于出膜后135d左右;中肾的发育始于出膜后8d左右,于出膜后135d左右成熟.发育特点是中肾发育成熟所需要的时间相对较长,前肾单位在中肾单位开始行使功能后仍维持较长时间.The development of the kidney of Triplophysa bleekeri was in a normal tissue way studied. The result shows that the development of the kidney of the fish can be divided into five stages： pronephros formation period （about 7 d）, mesonephmgenic-bridge formation period （about 12 d）, formation period of the renal tubule bud and puerile renal tubule of the mesonephros （about 10 d）, development period of the mesonephors （about three and a half months）, formation period of head kidney（about 35 d）. The occurrance of the pronephron is before ectoderm breaking and it disintegrates in about 135 d after ectoderm breaking. The development of the mesonephors begins in 8 d after ectoderm breaking and becomes mature in about 135 d after ectoderm breaking. The feature of the development is that it takes comparatively longer time for the mosonephros to get matures and the pronephros continues to function long even after the mesonephros has already functioned.
