摘  要:研究了赤霉素对酸雨胁迫下6年生东魁杨梅花芽孕育的生理生化特征的影响.结果表明,赤霉素能减少酸雨胁迫时MDA的积累和电解质渗漏率;提高SOD、POD和CAT活性,减缓膜脂过氧化程度;缓解酸雨胁迫下东魁杨梅叶绿素和类胡萝卜素的降解速度,提高叶片中可溶性糖和蛋白质含量,以及可溶性糖/蛋白质比值,有利于东魁杨梅的花芽孕育;赤霉素提高酸雨胁迫下光系统II的潜在化学活性和最大光化学效率,净光合速率显著提高,东魁杨梅的枝条成花率和座果数提高.但赤霉素处理需要适当的浓度,浓度过高会产生负效应,赤霉素调控的最佳浓度为250mg/L左右.Six-year-old trees of Myrica rubra cv. Dongkui were treated with GA3 solution, to study the effect of GA3 on activities of certain enzymes, photosynthesis and floral bud differentiation in the period of floral bud differentiation. GA3 solution at appropriate concentrations decreased the accumulation of malondialdehyde (MDA) and increased the activities of superoxide (SOD), peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT), thus alleviating the peroxidation of the membrane lipid. GA3 retarded the degradation of chlorophyll and carotenoid and increased the content of soluble proteins and sugars in the leaves under acid rain stress and the ratio of soluble sugar to soluble protein, thus enhancing flower bud differentiation of M. rubra. The primary light energy conversion and potential activities of PSⅡ and the net photosynthetic rate increased remarkably with increasing GA3 concentrations under acid rain stress, resulting in a significant rise in the rate of bloom and fruit-setting. The optimum concentration of GA3 was about 250 mg· L^-1 and treatments with higher concentrations of GA3 had negative effects.
