摘 要:对174个桉树无性系在黔西南的生长进行研究,测定性状包括7月生树高以及20月生和34月生的树高、胸径和材积,结果表明:无性系间的差异在各生长性状上均达极显著水平;性状广义遗传力为0.21~0.46,表明早期生长受低到中等程度的遗传控制;生长性状间表型相关均达极显著水平。初选出6个优良的尾叶桉×细叶桉杂种无性系,34月生保存率和平均单株材积均不低于对照DH32—29,为当地无性系中试提供了备选材料。The preliminary analyses on the growth of 174 Eucalyptus spp. clones were conducted in southwestern Guizhou Province. Seven growth traits were analyzed including the tree height at the 7th month old, the plant height, DBH and standing volume individually of the 20-month-old and the 34-month-old saplings. The results showed that there were significant differences in the all above growth traits at 0.01 level. The general heritability (H2 ) ranged from 0.21 (H7) to 0.46 (H34), indicating that the early growth of the Eucalyptus spp. clones was slightly to moderately controlled by genetic heritability. The phenotypic correlations among the early growth traits were positively significant at 0.01 level. Six clones were preliminarily selected out based on the performance of the survival rate and the standing volume of 34-month-old saplings vs. the control clone DH 32-29. The preliminary study results would provide the intermediate experiments with useful candidate materials in the studied area.
