摘　　要：我国档案信息服务体系建设应坚持依法治档、科学管理、以民为本、公平对待,消除信息垄断和信息鸿沟,维护公民信息权益,积极融入百姓生活,实现信息公平和社会和谐。The construction of archives service system ought to insist on governed according to law and scientific management, establish logos that rely on the people and see fair play, eliminate information monopolize and information gulf, protect information rights and benefits, blend into the masses＇ activity, to achieve information fairness and social harmony.
