摘 要:本文观察了120例苯作业工人和100例对照组的红细胞膜膜脂流动性,发现苯作业工人红细胞膜微粘度η=2382±0315,较对照组工人η=1264±0298为高,提示苯接触可使红细胞膜膜脂流动性降低,同时血中丙二醛(MDA)含量升高(349±122mmol/L和243±080mmol/L,P<0001),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSHPx)活性下降(14174±2707×102和26892±3087×102活性单位,P<0001),降低程度随车间空气中苯浓度升高和红细胞脂质过氧化作用的增强而降低,并发现吸烟可降低红细胞膜膜脂流动性;在本研究所观察的年龄段里,年龄对红细胞膜膜脂流动性的影响不大。与白细胞异常相比,红细胞膜膜脂流动性可反映低浓度苯对机体的损害,可以较好的反映苯接触。To examine the effect of benzene on erythrocyte membrance fluidity and its application value as a sensitive biomarker,a group of 220 worker(120 workers with benzene exposure and 100 workers without benzene exposure)were studiedThe results showed that the exposed group had a higher anisotropy level than that of the controls(η=2382±0315 and η=1264±0298,P<005),indicating a decrease of the erythrocyte membrane fluidityAn elevation of malonyldialdehyde(MDA)concentration(349±122 and 243±080 mmol/L,P<001)and a decline of GSHPx activity(14174±2707 and 26892±3087×102,P<0001)were also observed in the exposed groupSmoking could decrease erythrocyte fluidity and increase lipid peroxidation in those groupsAge and gender seemed to have no effect on erythrocyte membrane fluidityIn the exposed group,the erythrocyte membrane fluidity seemed to be decreased and the lipid peroxidation increased along with increasing benzene exposure(P<0001),but not with the duration of exposureIt suggested that the erythrocyte membrane fluidity could be used as a rather senitive biomarker of benzene exposure than abnormal leukocyte level
