矽肺蛋壳样钙化的调查研究

摘　　要：对曾经修建过铁路和飞机场的４１０１名民工进行矽肺检查，共发现矽肺８４１例，其中１３０例合并蛋壳样钙化（ｅｓ），进一步统计分析显示，沿海４５２例矽肺中１０３例合并ｅｓ，而山区３８９例矽肺中仅２７例合并ｅｓ，沿海明显高于山区，据调查沿海海产品消耗高于山区５倍，而大部分海产品钙含量甚高。看来，摄入高钙食物，增加了体内钙盐的沉着，可能是产生ｅｓ原因之一。Silicosis　survey　was　carried　out　among　4101　tunnel　workers　who　worked　in　the　railway　and　airfield　construction840　cases　were　found　to　have　silicosis,130　cases　of　which　were　with　eggshell　calcification(es)Further　statistical　analysis　showed　that　103　cases　with　es　were　found　among　452　cases　from　the　coastland　whereas　27　cases　with　es　were　found　among　389　cases　from　the　mountain　areaThe　number　of　es　case　in　the　coastland　was　significantly　higher　than　those　in　the　mountain　area,Marine　products　consumption　of　the　coastland　workers　appeared　to　be　five　times　more　than　those　of　the　mountain　area　workersSince　most　marine　products　contain　high　level　of　calcium,it　seemed　that　the　coastland　workers　used　to　take　marine　product　often　and　resulted　in　increased　calcium　salt　deposition　in　the　bodyIt　might　be　one　of　the　factors　responsible　for　the　presence　of　es　in　the　coastland　workers
