感冒清热冲剂对环孢素A血药浓度的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨感冒清热冲剂对环孢素A血药浓度的影响。方法:家兔8只,采用自身对照法,分别服用环孢素A24mg/(kg·d)和环孢素A24mg/(kg·d)+感冒清热冲剂560mg/(kg·d),于末次服药12h后分别测定环孢素A血药浓度。结果:单用环孢素A家兔血药浓度为(63.59±12.02)μg/L,联用感冒清热冲剂环孢素A血药浓度为(119.81±21.05)μg/L,两者比较,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:感冒清热冲剂可显著提高家兔体内环孢素A血药浓度。Objective： To investigate the influence of Ganmao Qingre Granules on the blood concentration of cyelosporine A（CsA）. Methods： Using self-comparison method, 8 rabbits were feeded with CsA 24 mg/（kg·d）, CsA 24 mg/（kg·d） and Ganmao Qingre Granules 560 mg/（kg-d）respectivly, blood concentration of eyclosporine A was determined after 12 hours. Results： The blood concentration of eyclosporine A combined with Ganmao Qingre Granules in rabbits （119.81±21.05） μg/L were Higher than single used CSA（63.59±12.02）μg/L.There was significant difference between them（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The blood concentration of eyelosporine in rabbits increases by Ganmao Qingre Granules.
