摘　　要：本研究以地方院校五年制本科生为研究对象,以培养强能力应用型的医学人才为目标,通过对影响医学生能力培养的主要因素进行分析,明确临床能力培养内容,改革并探索提高医学生临床能力的途径与方法,进行了前期和后期结合,课堂内外结合,全程临床能力培养的模式探索与实践。The research is based on the undergraduate students of local five-year Bachelor＇s degree programs. The purpose of the study is to cultivate and equip the talents in medicine with strong clinical competency and practical skills. Through analyzing the main factors that effect the student＇s development and studying the agenda of the clinical education, this research aims to improve the existing program and explore innovative ways to enhance the clinical skills of medical students. The research combines pre professional and post-professional experience, in class and extracurricular activities, and the entire model for improving the clinical skills as exoloration and oractice.
