CT在鞍区肿瘤诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨CT在鞍区肿瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法33例经手术和病理证实的鞍区肿瘤病人,对其CT表现进行回顾性分析。结果垂体瘤20例,颅咽管瘤8例,脑膜瘤3例,CT表现具有特征性,术前诊断正确率较高。星形细胞瘤和生殖细胞瘤各1例,CT表现为鞍区实性肿块,其中1例误诊。结论CT扫描,尤其是二维图像重建技术(冠状、矢状)可显示鞍区肿瘤的内部特征、生长方式、侵犯范围及其与周围血管的关系,对准确诊断鞍区肿瘤有重要价值。Objective To explore the value of computed tomography（CT）in patients with tumors in sellar area. Methods CT sings of 33patients with surgically and pathologically proved sellar area tumors were analyzed ret-rospectively. Results Pituitary adenomas（n=20）,craniopharyngiomas（n=8）and meningiomas（n=3）had charac-teristic signs and most of them were diagnosed correctly.But astrocytoma（n=l ）and germinoma（n=l ）were solidary lesions in sellar area without diagnostic signs and the astrocytoma was misdiagnosed as craniopharyngioma. Conclusion CT,especially2-demision reconstructed（coronal and sagittal） images can demonstrated inner characteristic,growth manner,infiltrating extend of tumors and the relationship between tumor and peritumoral vessels. CT has great value in the diagnosis of tumors in sellar area.
