摘  要:以聚对苯撑苯并二恶唑(PBO)平纹织物为承重层、聚氟乙烯(PVF)薄膜为阻氦/耐候层,采用层压复合工艺制备了无镀铝聚酯薄膜和含镀铝聚酯薄膜两种平流层飞艇蒙皮材料试样。对试样进行性能测试,结果表明两种材料均满足面密度<230g/m2、氦气渗透率<0.5L/(m2·24h·0.1MPa)的要求,无铝蒙皮材料的抗拉强度>1000N/cm,强度性能也满足要求。Two types of stratospheric aircraft envelope materials made of AL-PET membrane and non-AL membrane with Poly(p-phenylene-2,6-benzobisoxazole) (PBO) fabric as load carders, PVF film as weatherproofed/gastight layer were fabricated by a laminating process. The test result shows that the weight of the two envelope materials is lower than 230 g/m^2 and the helium transmission is less than 0.5 L/(m^2·24 h·0.1 MPa). Only mechanical properties of the envelope without Al-membrane was tested, and the result indicates that its tensile breaking strength can meet the requirement of strengths higher than 1 000 N/cm.
