异紫堇定对家兔缺血——重灌条件下红细胞脂流动性的影响

摘　　要：本研究用家兔造成急性失血性休克缺血———重灌，测定在缺血以及缺血———重灌条件下异紫堇定对血浆ＭＤＡ含量及红细胞膜脂流动性的影响。结果显示家兔在缺血以及重灌后红细胞膜流动性明显降低（Ｐ＜００５），而异紫堇定可以阻止逆转防止膜流动性的降低，用药后使其膜流动性与缺血前对照水平相比差异无显著性（Ｐ＜００５）。In order to do the effects of iscorydine on the ischenia-reperfusion in rabbits,lipid fiuidity of erythrocyte membrance were measured under different groups.The results showed the lipid fluisity decreased(P<0.05).under the ischemia-reperfusion,but isocorydine increased the lipid fluidity to reach the control level(P>0.05).It indicated that isocorydine could prevent and improve the membrance injury caused by ischemia and reperfusion.
