摘  要:研究了激光—CO_2气保复合焊的稳定性问题。首先通过平均熔滴过渡时间t和表征熔滴波动的样本方差S两个统计量界定了焊接过程稳定性。其次在此基础上标定了焊接过程稳定区,通过分析得到了光丝间距为1mm时过程稳定的焊接参数范围最大。实验表明,在焊接过程不稳定时可通过调整电压1~2V改善工艺适应性。This paper the stability of hybrid laser-CO2 gas shielded welding is studied. First, the stability is defined by two statistics, t and S, which represent average time and fluctuation of drop transfer. Second, a graph with stable welding process was made based on previous definition, and the analysis indicates the range of parameters became widest when distance of laser and arc is 1 millimeter. And more, the experiments indicate that process adaptability could be improved by tuning the voltage of arc by 1-2V when welding process is not stable.
