射精管梗阻致男性不育的声像图表现及治疗分析

摘　　要：目的探讨经直肠超声在男性不育症射精管梗阻诊断及治疗中的价值。方法回顾性分析46例射精管梗阻所致男性不育症的经直肠超声表现，抽取囊液，并进行常规及细菌学检查。结果46例患者中经直肠超声表现为射精管囊肿23例，苗勒管囊肿11例，射精管扩张12例。射精管扩张中细菌性感染所致8例，结核性所致3例，射精管结石1例。结论经直肠超声是男性不育症患者射精管梗阻诊断及治疗方法选择的理想手段。Objective To evaluate the value of diagnosis and treatment in male infertility patients with ejaculatory duct obstruction （EDO） using transrectal ultrasonography （TRUS）. Methods Forty-six male infertile patients with EDO were enrolled in this study. The results of TRUS were analyzed retrospectively. Furthermore, the fluid of cysts were measured in the laboratory. Results The 46 patients were all diagnosed in clinic,23 patients were ejaculatory duct cysts, 11 patients were Mtillerian duct cysts, and 12 patients were dilations of the ejacufatory duct. Dilations of the ejaculatory duct were induced by bacterial infection in 8 patients, by tubercular in 3 patients, and by ejaculatory duct stone in 1 patients. Conclusions TRUS is a desirable method for the diagnosis and treatment of EDO.
