摘 要:等离子喷涂是一种较为成熟的热喷涂技术,其制备的生物材料涂层具备优良的生物活性、良好的生物稳定性、与基体结合强度较高等突出的优点。根据国内外针对该领域的研究热点,综合介绍了多种采用等离子喷涂技术制备的生物陶瓷涂层和高聚合物涂层,分析了涂层的物理及化学特性,以及涂层的主要应用研究现状,并从涂层的生物相容性、稳定性、界面结合强度等研究方向出发分别对所制得涂层的厚度、梯度、均匀度等重要参数进行了研究。最后,对等离子喷涂制备生物材料涂层领域的后续研究进行了展望。Plasma spraying is one of the sophisticated thermal spray technologies.Biomaterial coatings deposited by plasma spraying have many advantages such as the excellent bioactivity,the good stability in the body fluid and the high bonding strength with matrixes.The main physical and chemical characteristics of many ceramic coatings and polymeric coating deposited by plasma spraying were briefly reviewed.The main applications of the biomaterial coatings were summarized respectively.According to the biocompatibility,biological stability,interfacial strength,some significant parameters such as thickness,gradient,uniformity of these coating were discussed.At last,two of developing trends about biomaterial coatings deposited by plasma spraying were proposed.
