摘  要:探讨黄芪多糖对糖尿病仓鼠心肌糖脂代谢影响。观察糖尿病仓鼠血浆指标、脂肪和心肌病理、心肌超微结构、PPAR-α和葡萄糖转运蛋白(GLUT)4表达。黄芪多糖组糖脂代谢紊乱、心肌超微结构改善、PPAR—α和GLUT4的表达增高。黄芪多糖部分保护糖尿病心肌。The effect of astragalus polysaccharides (APS)on diabetic cardiomyopathy was investigated. The mRNA expressions of PPAR-α and GLUT4, pathology of adipose tissue and myocardium, and myocardial ultrastructure were studied. The pathological changes of adipose tissue and myocardium, as well as myocardial ultrastructure were well-improved; the gene expressions of PPAR-α and GLUT4 were raised in APS group. APS may be partially effective in treating diabetic cardiomyopathy.
