摘　　要：目的：培养成人脂肪干细胞（ADSCs）并进行生物学特性的研究。方法：取成人脂肪组织分离得到ADSCs并进行体外培养，对培养细胞进行形态学观察并绘制细胞生长曲线，检测细胞表面标志并进行核型分析。结果：根据培养细胞形态结构与生物学特性，长梭形细胞符合ADSCs的特点。结论：从脂肪组织中可分离得到ADSCs，具有干细胞特性。Objective： To cultivate human adipose-derived stem cells （ADSCs） and to study its biological characteristics. Methods： ADSCs were isolated from human adipose tissue for culture in vitro. The cells were observed, and growth curve was studied. Then the cell surface markers and karyotype analysis were detected. Results： According to the morphology and biological characteristics of the cultured cells, spindle cells were consistent with the feature of ADSCs. Conclusion： ADSCs can be isolated from adipose tissue and it possess stem cell characteristics.
