Objective: To provide morphology for the mammal comparative anatomy and clinical freatment, the originate branches, distribution, direction of sheep hoof arterial vessel and the character of the vessel bed construction were studied. Methods: The macroscopic anatomy and tubing cast technique were used to observe and measure the arterial vessel bed construction of sheep hoof. Results: In the adult, the fore-limb distribution mainly contained a tori digitalis Ⅲ and Ⅳ axial artery, digitalis palmaris Ⅲ and Ⅳ axiales ramus, anterior dorsalis distalis, anterior phalangis olorsalis meaiae, anterior arterial and digitales palmaris propria Ⅲ and Ⅳ axial; the toe-occipital artery of hind limb was mainly branched by axial artery digitalis palmaris Ⅲ and Ⅳ axiales and some was branched by artery interdigitalis. The post branches of the toe-occipital artery were same as the fore-limbs. Conclusion: The fore-limb distribution mainly contain a tori digitalis Ⅲ and Ⅳ axial artery, digitalis palmaris Ⅲ and Ⅳ axiales ramus, and at the hind limb, mainly contain the stretches and the branches of arterial digitalis palmaris communis Ⅲ. Each class branch is inosculated mutually, and a complete arterial bed is formed.
