摘  要:及时、快速供氧补液是提高临床上危重病人急救存活率的关键因素之一。高渗盐水在国内外临床上已有较多应用。静脉供氧是将氧疗和静脉输液技术相结合的人体第2条供氧通道,目前已应用于临床的主要有高氧液和注射用过氧化碳酰胺。供氧联合高渗盐水复苏液,能有效及时地抢救缺血、缺氧性危重病人。本文分别对高渗盐水、静脉给氧制剂、高渗高氧复方制剂的应用机制的研究情况进行综述。Supplying oxygen and fluid infusion rapidly and timely is one of the key factors to improve survival rate of critical patients. Hypertonic saline has been widely applied in clinical treatment. Providing oxygen via vein which combines the oxygen therapy with intravenous transfusion is the second way to supply oxygen, and hyperoxygenic liquid and carbamide peroxide for injection have been widely used. The combination of oxygen supply and hypertonic saline is an effective and timely treatment for critically hypoxic and hypoxemia patients in emergency. This paper reviewed published papers and discribed the application mechanism of hypertonic saline, venous oxygen agents, and hypertonic-hyperoxia intravenous compound preparation.
