摘　　要：目的:提高对原发于鼻腔鼻窦恶性黑素瘤的诊疗水平。方法:对14例原发于鼻腔鼻窦的恶性黑素瘤的临床表现、诊断、治疗方法和随访结果进行分析。结果:14例患者中随访13例,失访1例,3年生存率为42.9%,5年生存率为21.4%。结论:鼻腔鼻窦恶性黑素瘤恶性程度高,易复发,如早期诊断、行根治性手术和术后放疗能提高患者生存率。Objective：To investigate the effect of treatment on malignant melanoma in nasal cavity and paranasal sinus. Method：Fourteen patients with malignant melanoma in nasal cavity and paranasal sinus were retrospectively analyzed from 1995 to 2002, including clinical presentation, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up data. Result： Thirteen patients were followed up,the survival rates of 3 and 5 years were 42.9% and 21.4% respectively. Conclusion：Sinonasal malignant melanoma has an aggressive behavior and easy recurrence. Early diagnosis, radical operation and postoperative radiotherapy could improve the survival rate.
