摘 要:蛋白激酶CK2(Casein Kinase 2,CK2)是最早发现的蛋白激酶之一,属于丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶家族。CK2在真核生物中广泛存在,结构高度保守,参与调节生物多种生命代谢活动,参与植物生长发育中光信号转导、抗逆境生存、昼夜节律调节等过程,且与肿瘤的发生、炎症反应及神经功能障碍性疾病等密切相关。该文对近年来有关CK2的结构特征、理化特性、活性调控、在植物中的功能等的研究进展进行综述,为进一步研究其在代谢及信号转导中的调控作用,明确其在植物生长发育调控网络中的地位及在作物品质提高中的应用提供参考。Casein kinase 2 (CK2),a kind of serine/threonine protein kinase,is the first one of the protein kinases that was found. It appears to be ubiquitous and highly conserved in eukaryote. CK2 could play important role in growth and development processes and participate in many metabolic pathways,such as tumorigenesis,inflammatory response and neurodegenerative disease. In plants, CK2 is also involved in different processes that influence many aspects of metabolism and development, such as light signal transduction, stress resistance and circadian clock regulation. This review focuses on CK2 structure, biochemical properties,regulation and their potential functions. The newly research advances of CK2 in plants are also summarized,in order to gain a better understanding of the role of this protein kinases in metabolic and signal transduction pathways,to provide more guidelines for CK2 investigation and application in crop quality improvement.
