摘  要:研究以斯卑尔脱小麦(Triticum spelta)Hubel及其早熟诱变系2463为材料,采用主-多基因混合模型多世代联合分析发现,抽穗期性状由两个主基因控制,其遗传力为44%~81%。温室春化和光周期处理实验结果表明,经过春化处理后,与Hubel相比,其早熟诱变系在长日照条件下的抽穗期提前10d左右,表现为显著差异。利用F2分离群体进行的分子标记定位结果表明,在2D染色体的短臂上存在一个主效QTL,与标记Xwmc112紧密连锁,能解释表型变异的16%,与前人定位的光周期相关QTL/基因(Ppd1)位于同一区域。The inheritance of an early-maturity spelt wheat (Triticum spelta) Hubel and mutant line 2463 were analyzed using major-polygene mixed inheritance model. The results indicated that heading date was controlled by two major genes, and their heritability was 44%- 81%. Further analysis revealed that, after vernalization, the heading date of Hubel was about 10 days later than that of mutant line 2463. Moreover, using F2 population derived from cross combination 2463/Hubel, one QTL controlling early heading date, which tightly linked to SSR marker Xwmc112, was mapped on the short ann of chromosome 2D, and this QTL could contribute for 16% of the observed phenotypic variation of heading date and located on the same chromosome region to QTL photoperiod sensitive gene (Ppdl) mapped in previous study.
