摘  要:用中国小麦条锈菌(Puccinia striiform f.sp. stritici)流行小种条中29号、条中30号、条中31号和水源11-11生理小种,对小麦(Triticum aestivum)-柔软滨麦草(Elymus mollis)易位系M853-4和铭贤169的杂交后代进行苗期抗条锈性遗传分析。结果表明,易位系M853-4对条中29号、条中30号和条中31号的抗病性均由1对显性核基因控制;对水源11-11的抗病性由1对显性和1对隐性基因共同控制。将控制条中31号抗病性的基因暂时命名为YrElm4。以接种条中31号的F2正交群体为研究对象,应用BSA法进行了SSR分析。从320对SSR引物组合中筛选到3个与主效抗病基因YrElm4连锁的多态性微卫星标记,它们分别是Xwmc654、Xgwm304和Xgwm129,与YrElm4的遗传距离依次为5.8、7.1和10.3cM,并将YrElm4定位于小麦5AS染色体,这3个标记可用于分子标记辅助育种。To identify and tag new resistance genes to stripe rust in a translocation line M853-4 (common wheat ( Triticum aestivum) translocated with Elymus mollis (Trin.) Hara), the yellow rust races (Puccinia striiform.f.sp. stritici) CYR29, CYR30, CYR31 and SU11-11 were seleceted as innoculum. Genetic analysis of resistance to stripe rust in the progeny population of M853-4xMingxian 169 at seedling stage showed that one dominant gene conferred resistance to stripe rust race CYR29, CYR30 and CYR31, respec- tively, which conferred to CYR31 temporarily designated as YrElm4. One dominant gene and one recessive gene indenpently conferred to SU11-11. The F2 population innoculated with CYR31 were used for SSR analysis. SSR markers, as well as 320 pair primers, combined with bulked segregation analysis (BSA) revealed that three SSR markers Xwmc654, Xgwm304 and Xgwm129 located on the short arm of chromosome 5A were linked to YrElm4, and their genetic distances to YrElm4 were 5.8, 7.1 and 10.3 cM, respectively, indicating that these three markers can be used in molecular-assisted breeding.
