救心复脉注射液抢救阳气暴脱证(神经原性休克)40例临床观察

摘　　要：本文报告椎管内麻醉所致阳气暴脱证,西医诊断为神经原性休克者67例,其中用救心复脉注射液治疗40例,对照组用多巴胺注射液治疗27例,有效率均达100％。两组相比,救心复脉注射液比多巴胺升压速度快,幅度高,且对心率具有双向调节作用,而且无明显毒副反应。Altogether 67 cases of such cases were caused by intravertebral anesthesia. Of them, 40 cases were treated with Jiuxin Fumai injection, with the remaining 27 cases treated by Dopamine. The rate of effectiveness were all 100%. By comparison, the treatment group revealed rapid and high amplitude increase of blood pressure without obvious side or toxic effect but with biphasic adjusting action.
