摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法在45钢表面制备了Al2O3陶瓷涂层,研究了通过化学镀Ni-P层为中间过渡层对45钢表面Al2O3陶瓷涂层性能的影响。通过压入法和划痕法研究了膜基结合强度,观察了复合涂层压痕和划痕形貌,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对复合涂层表面形貌进行了分析。结果表明,中间层与基体材料、Al2O3层与中间层结合良好,涂层均匀致密,表面显微硬度最大值为1030HV,压入法结果表明膜与45钢基体结合较好。The alumina ceramic coating was prepared on 45 steel substrate by sol-gel process.The influence of electroless Ni-P plating film as an intermediate layer of Al_2O_3 ceramic coatings and 45 steel substrate on propecties of the coating was studied.The bond strength of the alumina coating with 45 steel substrate was investigated by indentation method and scratch test.The morphology of indentation and scratch was observed by optical microscope(OM).The surface morphology of alumina coating was characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The results show that the alumina ceramic coating is uniform. Good metallurgical bonding between the Al2O3 layer,intermediate layer and the substrate materials can be obtained. The maximum mierohardness of the coating is 1030HV. The alumina ceramic coating has good bond strength with 45 steel substrate.
