摘  要:基于含应变能的微观相场动力学模型,利用结构函数归一化因子和标度函数,对Ni75Cr19Al6合金沉淀后期DO22相的粗化行为进行研究。结果表明:DO22相的结构函数归一化因子和标度函数在沉淀后期阶段均表现出标度行为,加入应变能后,DO22有序畴尺寸在非弹性"软"方向上的长大受到阻碍,DO22有序畴的体积分数也减小,结构函数的归一化结构因子和标度函数曲线峰值均小于未加应变能的值。Based on microscopic phase-field kinetic model and microelasticity theory,the coarsening behavior of DO(22) phase of Ni(75)Cr(19)Al6 alloy in the later precipitation stage was studied using the structure function normalized factor and scaling function.The simulation results show that the structure function normalized factor and scaling function both present scaling behavior,when the elastic strain energy is added,the growth of the ordered domain of DO(22) phase is stunted in the direction of beyond elastic "soft" direction and its volume fraction is decreased, at the same time, the curve peak value of structure function normalized factor and scaling function are both smaller than that of without strain energy.
