摘 要:目的了解高校教师的工作特征和工作满意感,比较不同院系间、不同年龄、不同性别高校教师职业紧张影响因素工作特征和工作满意感差异,为提出缓解教师紧张的新对策提供依据。方法选择职业紧张因素量表和工作满意感量表,根据职业紧张因素量表13个项目和工作满意感量表3个项目的得分,进行高校教师职业紧张的比较与评价。结果不同院系教师之间在技术变化、自主性、与人打交道、友谊机会以及速度控制项目上存在差异(P<0.05);不同性别教师之间工作特征和工作满意感得分差异无统计学意义;不同年龄教师之间在工作满意感项目上,<35岁和≥35岁教师之间差异有统计学意义。结论性别对教师工作特征和工作满意感上没有影响;体育系和交通学院工作满意感低于机械系;不同年龄教师在满意感上有差异。Objective To investigate the job characteristics, and job satisfaction of occupational stress factor of college faculties, then compare the characteristics and satisfaction in different departments, ages and genders, thereby provide some new methods to relieve their stress. Methods Occupational stress factor scale was used to evaluate occupational stress according to the scores in 13 aspects, and job satisfaction scale was used to evaluate teachers' occupational stress according to the scores in 3 aspects. Results There were some differences among different departments in skill variety, independence, opportunity of dealing with others, or making friend and pacing control ( P 〈 0. 05 ). There was no difference between different genders. The scores of job characteristics and job satisfaction showed some difference between those ages under or over 36 years. Conclusions The gender has no obvious impact on teachers' job characteristics and job satisfaction; the job satisfaction of Physical Education Department and Communication Department are lower than that of Machine Department ; there are some difference in job satisfaction between junior and senior faculties.
