摘　　要：在分析军队院校办学效益特殊性的基础上,采用Delphi专家咨询法构建了军队院校办学效益的评价指标体系。依照该指标体系,以军队某院校为例,进行了办学效益综合评价模型的应用研究。Based on the analysis of the special particularities of the cost-effectiveness of military schools and academics, an evaluation index system was constructed with Delphi Expert Consult Method. Then, a certain military school was chosen as an example to apply the comprehensive evaluation model of cost-effectiveness.
