脉冲电磁场对大鼠腺垂体及其靶腺功能的影响

摘  要:目的观察脉冲电磁场(PEMF)对大鼠腺垂体及其靶腺功能的影响,探讨PEMF对大鼠内分泌系统损伤的特点及机制,为制定相关防护措施提供依据。方法SD雄性大鼠48只,按体质量随机分为8组,辐照组和平行对照组各4组,每组6只。辐照组大鼠以PEMF(200kV/m、200次脉冲)辐照。并于照后12、24、48和96h分别采血,采用放射免疫法测定血清中腺垂体及其靶腺分泌激素水平。结果大鼠腺垂体及其靶腺分泌激素在辐照后有明显变化,血清皮质醇、催乳素、睾酮以及黄体生成素的上升峰值在照后不同时间(12~96h)分别较相应对照组增加了119.1%、43.9%、264.7%及44.3%(P<0.05或0<0.01),而生长激素、T4、T3及TSH的下降最低点分别较相应对照组减少了67.8%、43.5%、16.9%和35.6%(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论PEMF使大鼠血清激素水平发生时相性变化;提示PEMF可能引起大鼠应激反应的发生及内分泌器官的损伤。Objective To observe the influence of pulsed electromagnetic fields(PEMF) on rat endocrine system and to evaluate the characteristics and mechanism of endocrine system injury induced by PEMF, so as to provide experimental basis for making related prevention and treatment. Methods Forty-eight male SD rats were randomly divided into eight groups, four for PEMF exposure and the others for control. After exposure, the carotid blood was obtained at different time points( 12,24,48, and 96 h). Radioimmunoassay was performed to observe the level of each related hormone. Results The level of hormones secreted from anterior pituitary and its target glands of rat had marked changes after PEMF irradiation. The peak value of serum cortisol, prolactin, testoterone, and luteinizing hormone in irradiated groups was 119.1%,43.9 %, 264.7 %, and 44.3 % more respectively ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ) at differemt time points ( 12 - 96 h) after exposure than in corresponding control groups;while the lowest falling value of growth hormone, T4, T3, and TSH in irradiated group was 67.8%,43.5%,16.9%, and 35.6% less respectively (P 〉0.05 or P 〈 0.01)than in control groups. Conclusion Changes in levels of serum hormones of rats could be induced by PEMF suggesting that PEMF may induce stress reaction and certain injury to the endocrine system of rats.
