摘　　要：清华大学美术学院教学楼工房采用钢结构对既有建筑扩建夹层,在施工监理中,对原钢筋混凝土结构进行加固处理的质量控制,对室内钢构件进行吊装和安装的质量控制,提出操作工艺方面的监理检查点,保证了混凝土结构加固和钢结构安装的工程质量。Teaching buildings of Academy of Arts and Design of Tsinghua University adopt steel structure and the interlayer of existing buildings is extended. During construction supervision, strengthening quality of original reinforced concrete structure and hoisting and installation of indoor steel components are controlled, and supervising points on operational and technical aspects are put forward, to guarantee engineering quality of concrete structure strengthening and steel structure installation.
