中心静脉导管胸腔置入治疗结核性胸膜炎临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨中心静脉导管胸腔置入引流在治疗结核性胸膜炎中的应用价值。方法:将56例结核性胸膜炎患者随机分为A组和B组,均给予全身规则抗结核治疗。A组留置中心静脉导管引流,B组常规胸腔穿刺抽液。结果:两组间在胸水消失时间、发热消退、胸膜增厚粘连等方面有显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论:胸腔穿刺留置导管引流胸腔积液操作简便,安全性高,降低胸膜肥厚的发生。Objective To study the clinical value of detained central venous catheter in the treatment of tuberculosis pleurisy.Method Fifty-six initially treated patients with tuberculosis pleurisy were randomly divided into group A and group B,and both groups were given regular antituberculosis therapy.Group A received the treatment of depositing a central venous catheter in pleural cavity.Group B received the treatment of removing fluids from the cavity with pleural centesis intermittently.Results There were significant differences in the time of pleural disappearing and the number of pleural effusion between the two groups（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion It may be feasible and safe to drain a lot of pleural effusion by using central venous catheter. The catheter drainage may reduce the probability of pleura incrassation in- cidence.
