摘　　要：企业资源计划ERP已经发展成为当今企业管理方面的主流软件,是实现企业资源管理信息化的得力工具之一。系统阐述了ERP的发展历程、功能特点和核心思想,分析了ERP产品在我国的应用状况,讨论了ERP系统的国内外未来发展趋势。Enterprise Resource Planning（ERP） has been developing into the dominant software for enterprise management and becomes one of the powerful tools for realizing the informationization of enterprise resource management.The history,functional characteristics and key essentials were illustrated systematically.The application of the present commercialized ERP system in China was analyzed in detail.The future trend of ERP in domestic and international was discussed at last.
