摘　　要：高校物业信息化管理是数字化校园建设的一部分。文章在分析比较WebGIS开发技术的基础上,提出了以MapGuide技术为核心开发高校物业管理信息系统的设计方案,介绍了基于MapGuide平台的WebGIS架构设计及实现技术。The infomationization of college property management is one part of the construction of data campus. On the base of the analysis and comparison on the development of WebGIS technology, this essay put up a design program, whose key technology is MapGuide, to develop the the information system of college property management .It also introduces the design of WebGIS frame on MapGuide and its realizable technology.
