摘　　要：物权法已经实施,这是一部保护国家、集体和个人财产的基本法律。其中所有权,物权关系等条文,紧密的与房产测绘的对象——房屋相关联。这将会对房产测绘产生什么样的影响,测绘行业如何应对,具体应该做哪些工作,本文在这些方面进行了一些思考。Property law has been implemented, This is a basic law to protect national, collective and individual property. That the ownership, property rights relations and other legal provisions are working closely with the object of estate mapping（house）, What kind of impact will it have on the estate mapping？ How does the survey and mapping industry respond to it？ And what concrete work should be done？ These problems are considered in this paper.
