摘　　要：介绍隔膜式压缩机结构原理,分析压缩机液压系统工作过程,对压缩机运行中出现的问题进行相应的诊断分析,进行了针对性检修,提出了预防措施,实现了该设备的长周期运行。The paper presents the principle of diaphragm compressor structure, analyzes working process of its hydraulic system, and diagnoses problems happened during operation of the compressor. Corresponding repair was made based on the analysis and diagnosis. After repair, preventive measures were also proposed for long term operation of the compressor.
