摘 要:为了建立带回热器的往复式冷藏机组的数学模型并仿真求解,采用引入压缩机出口比焓这一未知变量,利用冷剂的温度、压力、比容和比焓的拟合关系求取矩阵系数,以及多变量函数的Taylor幂级数将原函数展开而进行线性化降阶处理的方法,改进了仿真算法,进行了机组模型的动态仿真。实验验证新建模型正确,改进算法提高了仿真速度和精度。模型和算法可用于机组的模拟器研发和控制策略。A new dynamic mathematical model is proposed to simulate reciprocating provision cooling plant with heat exchanger. The model proposed introduces the enthalpy of the refrigerant at compressor's exit as an unknown variable, and obtains the matrix coefficients from the poly-fitting relation equations of the temperature, pressure, volume and enthalpy of the refrigerant, replaces the functional equations and conducts the reduced-order processing for linearization with Taylor power series expanded equations of multivariable functions. Dynamic simulations of the refrigeration system are conducted, which enables improvements to the algorithm developed. The experimental case study shows that the new model is valid and the revised algorithm improves the speed and precision. The model and algorithm can be applied in developing unit simulator.
