摘  要:以亚甲蓝水溶液做模拟印染废水,用湿式氧化法对其进行处理,研究亚甲蓝溶液湿式氧化的机理。分析亚甲蓝湿式氧化过程的水质变化,结果表明反应存在前期的快反应期和后期的慢反应期两个阶段,水样脱色率高于COD去除率。红外光谱分析表明,亚甲蓝湿式氧化降解中:杂环上的-C-S-、-C=S-首先断键,其次是杂环上的-C-N-、-C=N-断键,亚甲蓝转化为二甲基苯胺,继而是苯环C与二甲氨基中N相联的-C-N-断键,二甲基苯胺降解为对苯醌和二甲胺。Methylene blue water solution was chosen as printing and dyeing simulation wastewater, and it was disposed by wet air oxidation technology, then the mechanism of methylene blue solution in WAO was researched. The water changes of methylene blue in WAO were analysed, and the results showed that not only the reaction included the two phases: the anterior quick reaction and the upper slow reaction, but also the color removal rate of the water sample was higher than the COD removal rate. The spectral analysis showed that ---,C--S--, --C = S --was cut firstly, later--C--N--, --C =N--was cut, so methylene blue was translated into dimethylaniline. Then --C--N--was cut, dimethylaniline was translated into quinone and dimethyl amine. By EDS, the content and modality of the water sample element was analysed.
