摘　　要：法人犯罪先是见诸于英美法系国家的立法,现在也开始为一些大陆法系国家所承认。本文阐述了大陆法系和英美法系的法人犯罪的刑事责任理论,并对两大法系的法人犯罪的刑事责任理论做了比较研究,期望为完善我国有关单位犯罪的立法提供参考。Corporate crime was firstly seen in the countries of common law system and it is being accepted in some countries of civil law system. This paper introduces criminal responsibility theory of corporate crime in civil law system and common law system and conducts a comparison of this theory in these two different law systems.
