大型体育场馆服务外包运营的初步探究

摘　　要：采用问卷调查等研究方法,对服务外包模式在体育场馆中的应用问题进行初步研究,分析了服务外包模式在体育场馆中应用的必要性与积极意义,归纳出体育场馆服务外包的主要形式,并就场馆服务外包的风险问题进行研究分析,总结出该模式在体育场馆中应用的注意事项,提出了积极推进场馆服务外包进程、克服场馆服务外包阻力、科学设计外包合同、制定考核评价制度、推行激励机制等建议。The author employed the approaches including questionaires to make a preliminary research on some applied problems in the outsourcing patterns of a stadium , and made an analysis on the major patterns and risks of outsourcing. And also summarized some tips in aspects like the process of promoting the out-resoureing, the tackling of the resistance in outsourcing, the scientific designing of the contract , the designing of the evaluation and reward systems concering the outsourcing management of a stadium.
