摘　　要：在调查了解国内主要竞技啦啦队现状的基础上,通过对世界啦啦队锦标赛中国啦啦队同冠军队运动员的竞技水平进行对比分析,试图借鉴外国竞技啦啦队的一些先进经验,结合我国实际情况,探索出相应的专项体能训练方法,为教练员提供一些有意义的参考,从而加快我国竞技啦啦队的发展。This subject in the investigation to find out the major national athletics ehering team status on the basis of the world cheering team championship China cheering team with gold athlete of the competitive level for comparison and analysis, trying to learn from foeign competition cheering team of some advanced experience with our actual conditions, and explore the corresponding to the physical training for coaches provided some useful reference in order to speed up China＇s athletic cheering team development.
