摘　　要：核扩散问题是全世界正面临的严峻问题。俄罗斯作为世界上居于第二位的核大国如何认识这一问题,又秉持何种理念应对这一问题,对当前国际局势有着相当大的影响。通过对俄官方政策及俄国内重要学者的言论进行分析,可以了解俄罗斯在这一问题上的深层认知。Nuclear proliferation is a harsh fact towards the whole world. As the second nuclear power in the world, what is Russia＇s awareness and belief about this problem is of a great influence upon the present international situation. Through an analysis of Russia＇ s policies and Russian senior scholars＇ views on it, we know Russia＇ s deep - level understanding of it.
