摘  要:对钢铁工业铁前系统工艺能耗进行了分析,通过介绍干法熄焦技术、烧结余热回收发电技术和高炉炉顶压差发电技术分别在焦化工序、烧结工序和炼铁工序的成功应用,提出钢铁企业节能降耗,特别是铁前系统的节能降耗,既是增强企业竞争力的现实选择,同时也是提高企业经济效益的重要措施。It has a simple analysis on the energy consumption the system before iron -making process, by introducing the dry coke quenching technology and recovery of sintering residual heat for electric power generation and electric power generation technology of blast furnace top pressure head successfully applied in the coking process, sintering processes and iron - smelting process, put forward to saving energy and reducing consumption, especially to reduce energy consumption, it is not only realistic option to improve the competitiveness of enterprises, and also an important measure to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.
